What Happens If You Change Your Mind
This policy covers cancellations, refunds, and what happens at the end of your billing period or after a one-time purchase. We've kept it straightforward.
Cancel anytime by logging in to your account at portal.rukamind.com, then going to Your Account → Billing and selecting “Cancel subscription.” No email required, no approval needed — it's self-service.
If you have trouble accessing the portal, email us at [email protected] and we'll process your cancellation manually within 1 business day.
Important — please read before you cancel. Cancelling stops all future charges right away, and it also ends your access. Your membership does not stay active until the end of the period you have already paid for. After you cancel, your access to member content is removed within approximately three (3) days.
This means that if you cancel early in a paid month, you will lose access within about three days — you do not keep access for the remainder of that month, and we do not issue pro-rata refunds for the unused days. If you want to use the full period you have paid for, cancel a few days before your renewal date rather than right after you join.
Your first month of REWE costs £7. The £7 first-month charge is non-refundable. When you pay £7, you receive a full month of REWE member access — that access is delivered immediately and the charge reflects it.
If you want to avoid being charged £15 at the end of the first month, cancel before the renewal date through your account at portal.rukamind.com (Your Account → Billing). Note that cancelling also ends your access within about three days (see Section 2), so to enjoy your full first month, cancel a few days before the renewal date rather than immediately after joining. Cancelling stops future charges; it does not trigger a refund of the £7 entry fee, and no credit is given for any unused days.
Monthly £15 charges are non-refundable. When a billing period starts, you have immediate access to the full content library and community — that value has been delivered.
You can cancel at any time to stop future charges. Cancelling stops all future billing and ends your access within approximately three days — it does not keep your access to the end of the paid period (see Section 2). Past charges are not refunded, and no pro-rata credit is given for unused days, regardless of when you cancel or how much of the period you used.
One-time digital purchases — including The Seer (digital edition), Spirit Animal, course content, video downloads, PDFs, and booklets in digital form — are non-refundable once accessed. The content is delivered immediately on payment and can be consumed in full as soon as it's accessed.
If you have not yet accessed the product and you contact us within 14 days of purchase, we will consider a refund at our reasonable discretion. Approval is not guaranteed.
Where a product is sold in physical form (e.g. a printed copy of The Seer), the following applies:
If you are a UK or EU consumer, you may cancel a physical-goods order within fourteen (14) days of delivery for any reason, by writing to [email protected] with your order number.
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, contact us within 30 days and we will arrange a replacement or a full refund (including original shipping) under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Photographs of the damage help us resolve it faster.
Some items are sold on pre-sale, made to order, or while out of stock. These are clearly marked at purchase. We aim to dispatch in-stock items within about 90 days and pre-sale items within up to 180 days (about six months) of order. Delivery and customs clearance after dispatch are additional and outside our control — an international parcel can arrive some months after it is dispatched (see the Terms of Service). You may cancel a pre-sale or not-yet-dispatched order for a full refund at any time before it ships. Once dispatched, the standard return terms above apply, and post-dispatch carrier or customs delays are not, by themselves, grounds for a refund. (Genuinely personalised or bespoke items may be exempt from the statutory cooling-off right; any such exemption will be stated at the point of purchase.)
We are responsible for getting the item to you. An item is only treated as lost once it has been dispatched and a reasonable delivery window has then passed. For international orders this includes time for customs clearance, so please allow several weeks after dispatch (longer where customs is holding the parcel) before contacting us. If tracking then shows it never arrived, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier and replace or refund as appropriate.
Gift cards are non-refundable once purchased. They do not expire. They cannot be exchanged for cash.
If you paid for a subscription on behalf of another person, you are the account holder for billing purposes. Cancellation rules above apply to you, not the recipient.
All approved refunds are returned to the original payment method used at purchase. Processing time is 5–10 business days after we approve the request. Your bank's processing time may add additional days before the funds appear in your account — this is outside our control.
Refunds are issued in pounds sterling (GBP). If your bank converted the original charge to another currency, the refund will be in GBP and currency fluctuations are not our responsibility.
Please contact us before filing a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks are expensive for small businesses and almost always take longer to resolve than a direct refund request. If you file a chargeback on a valid charge (i.e., one covered by these terms as non-refundable), we reserve the right to dispute it and provide transaction records to your bank. We may also suspend your account pending resolution.
Nothing in this policy affects your non-waivable statutory rights as a consumer in your country of residence (including, where applicable, rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013).
